SmartScoop Return PolicySmartScoop-Return-Policy

SmartScoop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product purchased from this website* does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date on your receipt for a refund. The product must be returned with the original packing slip as well as the complete unit with all materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Place order number on outside of shipping box (located in upper right corner of packing slip).
  • Complete the Return Merchandise Form (click here). Returns will not be accepted without it.
  • Affix the Return Merchandise Form to the outside of the box.
  • Returned products must be sent postage prepaid to the following address:

  • For proof of delivery, you must use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Original shipping charges will not be credited and SmartScoop does not reimburse postage/shipping charges to return a product.
  • No credits will be issued beyond 30 days unless it is determined that the return is due to an error made by SmartScoop on the original order.
  • Credits will be issued via the payment method used for original purchase.
  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the processing of a return.
SmartScoop reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policies at any time.
*SmartScoop will only accept purchases made through this website. This return policy applies to purchases made on this website. All other purchases must be returned to the original point of purchase.
