Smoobee is owned by Dream Hugs, LLC. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

If you purchased your item from a store:

  1. Any items should be returned or exchanged at the retailer where they were purchased within 30 days. Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and have your receipt on hand. These types of returns cannot be sent or returned directly to Smoobee. The store should then contact us directly to make the necessary return or exchange. If the store has any questions regarding your return or exchange, they should contact us directly.

If you purchased your item from www.smoobee.com:

  1. Email us at info@smoobee.com to begin processing your return or exchange.
  2. Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Please include a copy of your receipt.
  3. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
