Of course, we hope you love what you just ordered. But if you’re not happy with the color, size, style, or fit, we’ll send you a new one or issue you a speedy refund. Above all, we want the process to be easy and quick for you. Be sure to follow our return/exchange guidelines for faster processing.

  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
  • To process a return or exchange, please print and complete our return – Click here to print a Return Slip
  • Each returned box must have the PO number marked clearly on the outside of the package. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns without the PO number on the package
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will issue your credit, less the shipping charges.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Want to swap out your order for something different? First, follow the steps of the return process above (print out form, ship back to Soffe). Then, you will need to place a new order for the item(s) you’d like to substitute. We will issue your credit as soon as we receive your return. All shipping charges for US exchanges will be waived.

WHY CAN’T I RETURN SOMETHING I GOT ON CLEARANCE?

We’re sorry, but we just can’t accept returns or exchanges on special web sales or closeout items. If you try to return or exchange these items, we will send them back to you. Thanks for understanding!
