Christmas Returns – All orders placed between November 1st and December 23rd 2014 can be returned up to January 31st 2015, subject to the usual conditions set out below.
Returns Policy
You may return unworn (except for trying on of course) items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We ask that you return any items in a saleable condition. Any items returned soiled in any way will not receive a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you checkout an order, you will be presented with several shipping options based on your location and products chosen. You will be able to see the prices for each available service, these will not change unless you add to your order.
Prices
We completely understand how important fast and easy shipping is to all our customers. That’s why we will ship your order within 1 working day regardless of the type of delivery you have requested. Between Monday – Friday (Bank Holidays not included), provided you place your order before 3pm we will ship the same day. If you are going to just miss this cut off time then don’t worry, call us on 0333 456 7646 and we might be able to stall the postie just for you!

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. |

Shipping address / special instructions
We ship products from Monday to Friday to either your home or other address specified e.g. your work address. When placing the order you also have the option of providing us with any special delivery instructions, e.g. ‘please leave next door if out’.
Shipping times
Shipping times vary depending on service chosen and your shipping location. ALL orders received before 15:00 are shipped the same day between Mon-Fri (Bank Holidays not included)

These delivery times are dependent on us having the item in stock. If we do not have the item available we will always attempt to advise you either by email or telephone.
Where products are marked FREE SHIPPING this only applies to UK mainland excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands, Ireland and the rest of Europe.
