Next Working Day (Mainland UK Only):
Providing you placed your order before 1pm, your order will ship the same day and usually arrive next day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) although we DO NOT guarantee this.

Signing for Deliveries:
Most deliveries will require a signature. If you know you are going to be unable to provide a signature you can specify a work address to have your order shipped to as long as it is a registered business.

Geographical sales restrictions:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected EU Countries. We are unable to fulfill orders outside of these areas.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return your merchandise for a refund or you may exchange for another item within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the return form that you can download here. Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to SS20.

Shipping and Handling:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use Royal Mail and get a certificate of postage. Please do not use Special Delivery before 9am, as we open at 10am!

All items must be unused and include the original packaging
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging – SS20 recommendation – try your new shoes on inside on the carpet – this will help keep your new shoes clean and returnable
If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them – please return the original manufacturers box that the shoes were shipped in, but do not tape or damage this box. Use a mailing bag or paper to cover the exterior of the shoe box.
Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

Skate/Snow Decks and Hardware:
All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
No deck is completely guaranteed
Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
SS20 does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks
SS20 is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
All deck returns are dealt with the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion

Dvds must be unopened and in original packaging

Defective Merchandise:
SS20 does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. SS20 will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to £10).
