We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  In order to do that we know sometimes you might need to change size, or you get your Ssekos and they just weren’t exactly what you wanted.

 

QUICK RUNDOWN ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Free shipping for returns and exchanges. Free shipping both ways on your first exchange!
  • All returns must be received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from Sseko HQ.
  • Returns are processed within 6-8 business days of receiving your package.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For ribbon sandals, we can only exchange for a different size base or solid color strap. All pattern straps are limited quantities and cannot be received for exchange.
  • For booties and loafers, we are only able to accept a return or exchange if the plastic is still in place on the bottom of the shoe and/or the shoes have not been worn outside.
  • NOTE: We unfortunately cannot offer free returns or free exchanges on international orders. In order to place an international return or exchange without free shipping, please contact customer care for further information (customercare@ssekodesigns.com)!

 

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE

  • All Custom Wedding Orders (These are ordered specifically for you!)
  • Any Promotional Items.
  • Any noticeably worn, used, or damaged items that were initially received in good condition
  • Any booties or loafers that have been worn outside, or the plastic taken off the bottom of the shoe.
  • Any merchandise purchased from other retailers (these products must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer)
  • Any item purchased with “The Talk” gift certificate

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

Exchanges are simple!  We want to make sure you LOVE your items.

  • Use the return form and shipping label that were included with your original shipment.
  • On the exchange form clearly write your name and order number, indicate that you are exchanging, and specify which product you prefer instead.
  • Place new, unused product with all original packaging, tags, and the original packing slip in the appropriate size envelope or box. You can also use a flat rate envelope (provided at your local USPS).
  • Paste the top half of the shipping label on the outside of the box.
  • Drop the package off at your local USPS (note that you will not receive a tracking number).
  • Please allow for up to 15 business days for your package to get back to us.

 

HOW TO RETURN:

We are so bummed you don’t love your Ssekos. Will you do us a favor and tell us why  you are returning them? We are excited to grow and we need your feedback! You can email us:customercare@ssekodesigns.com.

GIFTS

  • If you received an order from Sseko Designs as a gift, you can still return! We’ll issue you a Sseko Designs store credit for the amount of the returned items to your account. Be sure to indicate that the return was a gift on the return form.
