How Do I Send Back A Return?

Your RMA number is your invoice #. Please ship it back to the address listed below with a copy of the packing slip, and we will process the refund. At the moment, we can only offer refunds and not exchanges.

What Is Your Return Policy?

You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Items must be unworn and still have the tags attached.

Am I Able To Process An Exchange?

At this time we are unable to process exchanges.  Orders purchased on stance.com or at a Stance owned retail location can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.

Am I Able To Exchange A Gift?

No.  At this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges.  Upon returning the item/s, the original credit card or PayPal will be refunded and the items can be replaced with a new order.

We are working hard to create a seamless exchange process in the near future.

Do You Offer Free Shipping On Returns?

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels. We are working hard to make this available in the near future.

Can I Return Items Purchased At A Retailer?

We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at stance.com or at a Stance owned retail location.
