SIMPLIFIED STEPS FOR RETURNS

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive your package to make a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all original designer tags and the STYLEBOP.com tag attached. The obligation for return or exchange does not apply when any of the tags have been removed or damaged. The same applies when the returned item(s) are determined to have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

United States

  1. Generate a return authorization number (RAN) online within your account or by contacting Customer Service.
  2. Write the RAN on your return invoice and place it inside your return package. Only this invoice and item(s) for return/exchange should be inside your package. Multiples items for return/exchange should be placed together in one return shipment.
  3. Seal your package.
  4. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of your return package.
  5. Arrange for pick-up of your return package by calling the courier shown on your shipping label (see courier-specific information below).

European Union

  1. Generate a return authorization number (RAN) online within your account or by contacting Customer Service.
  2. Print a copy of the confirmation email containing your RAN and place it inside your return package. Only this and item(s) for return/exchange should be inside your package. Multiples items for return/exchange should be placed together in one return shipment.
  3. Seal your package.
  4. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of your return package.
  5. Arrange for pick-up of your return package by calling the courier shown on your shipping label (see courier-specific information below).

Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong and South Korea

  1. Generate a return authorization number (RAN) online within your account or by contacting Customer Service.
  2. Write the RAN on your return invoice and place it inside your return package. Only this invoice and item(s) for return/exchange should be inside your package. Multiples items for return/exchange should be placed together in one return shipment.
  3. Seal your package.
  4. Proforma Invoices: Proforma Invoices are required for all returns coming from the United States.
    1. Write your RAN number on each copy of the Proforma Invoice.
    2. Mark the item(s) being returned/exchanged on each copy of the Proforma Invoice.
    3. Sign and date each copy of the Proforma Invoice.
    4. Fold these documents together and place them inside the plastic pouch provided by your courier.
  5. Affix the plastic pouch (containing the above documents) to the outside of your return package.
  6. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of your return package.
  7. Arrange for pick-up of your return package by calling the courier shown on your shipping label (see courier-specific information below).

Rest of the World

  1. Generate a return authorization number (RAN) online within your account or by contacting Customer Service.
  2. Write the RAN on your return invoice and place it inside your return package. Only this invoice and item(s) for return/exchange should be inside your package. Multiples items for return/exchange should be placed together in one return shipment.
  3. Seal your package.
  4. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of your return package.
  5. Arrange for pick-up of your return package by calling the courier shown on your shipping label (see courier-specific information below).

RETURN POLICY
Should you not be happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive your package to make a return or exchange. CREATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN)

  • Log into your account and click “Order Status”
  • Select the items which you wish to return or exchange and follow our instructions to complete the online return form
  • Upon completion, you will immediately receive a return authorization number (RAN) via email (if you do not, please check your spam folder or look in your account under “Return Status and History” for your RAN)
  • If you cannot access your account to generate a RAN, please contact Customer Service

HOW TO USE YOUR RAN
This number must be enclosed in your return package so that the return item(s) can be matched to your original order. This allows us to know whether to process your return as an exchange or a refund. The RAN should also be written on your Proforma Invoices if they are required.

MULTIPLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Multiple returns and/or exchanges can only be returned in a single shipment using the one return label provided. If your return is a combination of returns and exchanges, you should include both the exchange number and the return number in the same package.

PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL
A prepaid return label is included with your original shipment. All goods must be returned using the courier through which your order was shipped. This allows us to track your return package with the return number we have on file. Using the provided return label insures that the shipping costs and insurance for the return are paid for by STYLEBOP.com. If, by mistake, you did not receive a pre-paid return label, simply contact our customer service team.

LATE RETURNS: Items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving them. Exceptions to this timeframe are at the discretion of STYLEBOP.com. Returns exceeding this 14 day window may only be refunded as in-store credit. Please contact customer service for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS
STYLEBOP.com is not liable for any damages or lost packages returned with any shipper other than that used for your original order. The terms and conditions of our shipping partners will apply and can be viewed at their respective websites. STYLEBOP is not liable for any return carried out in a different manner other than the outlined conditions.

STYLEBOP.com is unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU. Depending on the country to which your order was sent, you may be able to contact your local customs bureau directly for a refund of these costs. Please take note that for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU where deliveries have been refused by the customer or the customer was not available to receive the delivery, STYLEBOP.com will not be able to refund customs duties and sales taxes.

All sales taxes will be refunded to customers located within the EU.

Returns will be shipped via standard delivery unless otherwise noted.

 

INVOICES, PROFORMA INVOICES, CUSTOMS INFORMATION AND ADDITIONAL RETURN DOCUMENTS

INVOICES: Write your RAN on a copy of your invoice and include it inside the package with your return and/or exchange items.

PROFORMA INVOICES: Some countries require what is called a Proforma Invoice for return shipments. This identifies the package contents and can match the return shipment to the original order in efforts to keep track of any import fees and/or taxes already paid. Depending on your location, you should have received 2-3 copies of the Proforma Invoice with your order. Each copy should be signed and dated, and the items you are returning or exchanging should be clearly marked on each invoice. Please place these documents inside the included plastic pouch.

COLLECTION BY PICK-UP OR DROP-OFF; COLLECTION RECEIPT

Our preferred couriers give you the convenience of having your package picked up at your home or office. To use this option, please contact the courier on your return shipping label with your pick-up address. In the next section you will find a listing of contact numbers for our preferred couriers. Alternatively, you may drop your return parcel off at a shipping location. You may be asked to provide our STYLEBOP account number, which can be found on your shipping label and on the returns procedure printout included in your order. Please make sure to collect a receipt for your return. All returns are shipped via standard delivery unless otherwise noted.

COMPLIANCE

After full compliance with these return instructions, you will receive a refund on your credit card or bank account for the purchase price amount minus the cost of shipping, or alternatively, you will receive your exchange items. STYLEBOP.com takes full responsibility for the expense of returning items, only when all the above mentioned conditions have been met. STYLEBOP.com is not liable for returns which are carried out in any other manner than the conditions above. 

EXCHANGES
Once we receive items being returned for exchange we will begin processing your exchange. Generally, it takes approximately 3 business days before your exchange is shipped. In some situations (for example, sale periods) it may take longer. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size.

REFUNDS
If you have returned items for a refund, your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return. Please allow 3-5 days before a credit is issued. Please note that certain banks process international refunds differently and the refunded amount may not appear on your statement for up to 14 days. This does not mean it has not already been refunded. Refunds do not include any additional shipping fees, taxes, duties and/or re-import fees incurred on outbound or inbound shipments. The refund does not compensate for currency rate (exchange rate) differences between the original purchase date and the refund date.

CURRENCY FLUCTUATION
We appreciate your understanding that we have no control over local or international currency fluctuations. When a refund is made, it is made for the exact amount of the original purchase price, minus any costs associated with shipping. The refund does not include currency rate (exchange rate) differences between the original purchase date and the refund date.

 

DAMAGES, FAULTY ITEMS AND RECLAMATIONS

We make every effort to carefully and closely examine each item before it is prepared for shipping. If an item is returned to us because it is received damaged or because within 3 months it is determined to have a manufacturer’s fault, we will either repair or replace the item. Items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear cannot be considered faulty.

When possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Replacements can only be for the same item in the same size if available. If an item is determined to be faulty, a full refund will be issued.

To arrange for reclamation of a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service department.
