While we stand behind the high quality and design of our products, we stand by you, too. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, returns and exchanges are FREE and our process is simple.

Return Policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, which includes any special wrapping components, the packing list included in your order and any gift with purchase that may have accompanied your purchase.
  • Returns must be made in exchange for the original method of payment or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for: lingerie bottoms, swim bottoms and items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
  • Return shipping within the contiguous United States is FREE with the pre-paid label provided by Customer Care. Otherwise, additional return shipping charges may apply.

  • You must contact Customer Care via phone or email to initiate the return process.
  • Returns take approximately 7–10 business days to process. You can track your return via the delivery confirmation number on the pre-paid US Postal Service label provided for you by Customer Care.
