Products may be returned to SUBJEKT for a refund only if the product was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Products that are opened and used can only be returned if they are broken or defective and they meet our warranty guidelines. Warranty Information

We do not offer refund on items that have been opened.

In a case that you receive a wrong product due to a mistake made by SUBJEKT we will gladly return the product and replace it with the correct item. If the error is made by customer, he or she can return the product to be replaced for the desired item, however the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
