How do I return an item?

60 Day, No Questions Asked, Return Policy

We will accept returns for exchange or refund up to 60 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Products must be in the new condition you received them.

Returning Is Simple:

Include the original sales receipt and the Return Card that came with your order.

Shipping Instructions – Please return using USPS, UPS or FedEx 

PLEASE Do not send Certified, Registered, or Any Package that Requires a Signature.
This will cause unnecessary delays.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the exchange free of any charge.
Your exchange or refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card within 5 days after receipt.

PLEASE NOTE – CUSTOM ORDERS AND USED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

Aluminum Clasp Bracelets – Contact Anthony at Suki-USA Customer Service and simply order your replacement at a 40% discount. You keep your old bracelet. No need to send it in!

Silver Clasp Bracelets – Send us your silver clasp bracelet and we’ll rebuild it to “like new condition” at a 40% discount.

NOTE – Can I change my bracelet? If you want a different length, i.e. a bigger or smaller inside circumference, we can do that for you at no charge. Other than that, to keep this program simple, we can’t do other changes like color, cord diameter and style.
QUESTION? – What about necklaces? Yes! Same as bracelets.
