How do I return an item?
We will accept returns for exchange or refund up to 60 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Products must be in the new condition you received them.
Returning Is Simple:
Include the original sales receipt and the Return Card that came with your order.
Shipping Instructions – Please return using USPS, UPS or FedEx
PLEASE Do not send Certified, Registered, or Any Package that Requires a Signature.
This will cause unnecessary delays.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the exchange free of any charge.
Your exchange or refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card within 5 days after receipt.
PLEASE NOTE – CUSTOM ORDERS AND USED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
