RETURN TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER

Mailing back your return it’s easy & free!

Items purchased online at SunglassHut.com:

a) Mail back your return:
– Find your Order # (e.g. SGH01010101). It is displayed on both ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipment Confirmation’ emails. It should also be included in your order on the packing slip.
– Print A Free Return Shipping Label. Click here to configure and print your return shipping label.
Note: to log a new return request you will need to type in “order number” (remove “SGH” prefix and insert just the digits) and “zip code”

b) Return to a Sunglass Hut store.

Items purchased from Sunglass Hut retail store:

a) If you made your purchase at a Sunglass Hut Retail store, you will need to return it to a Sunglass Hut retail store location. Mailing it back to use will delay your refund.

b) If you the order got shipped to you, but it was originally placed in store. Please click here

Additional notes:
It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Customer Care Center.
Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 30 days after your online purchase in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.

Free UPS Return Shipping uses UPS Ground service.
Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Sunglass Hut until Sunglass Hut accepts and receives the delivery from UPS at Sunglass Hut’s Customer Care Center.

If you don’t want to use Free UPS Return Shipping, you can always mail your package back on your own to the below address.
You must include proof of purchase with your return in order for a refund to be processed.

RETURN TO A STORE

With more than 1,300 Sunglass Hut locations, you can find a store near you to return or exchange in person within 30 days of purchase. Sunglasshut.com purchases may not be returned to a Sunglass Hut store inside of Macy’s. If a purchase was made at www.Macys.com please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your order.

Whether you made your purchase in person or online, you can always return products at one of our Sunglass Hut retail stores. Just bring your product, proof of purchase and original packaging into a store within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll provide you with a complete refund. Sunglasshut.com purchases may not be returned in a Macy’s store location. If a purchase was made at www.macys.com please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your order.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Without proof of purchase, you can exchange your purchase or get a store credit based on current selling prices. Remember, products sold “As Is” may not be returned or exchanged.

Sunglasses that have been engraved by Sunglass Hut, are eligible for the 50% replacement offer for both the replacement sunglass frame and the engraving service fee.

RETURNS FAQS

    • How should I return an order that I bought online but picked up in store?
      Returns at Sunglass hut are super easy. You can either return immediately your purchase to a Sunglass Hut store or you can use the free returns service with UPS and send them back to your Warehouse.

    • How long will it take to get my refund? Return and refund processing may take up to two (2) weeks, depending on where you live (return shipping timing) and how you paid for your order (PayPal refund processing takes additional processing time).
    • Do you want a quicker refund? Returning your online order to a Sunglass Hut Retail store will allow you to receive your refund within 1 to 3 business days. You will need to provide a proof of purchase (e.g. Order Confirmation Email, Shipping Email, or included packing slip) at the Sunglass Hut Retail to complete the return and receive your refund on the original payment method.     • Using Your Own Shipping Method. If you don’t want to use the provided Free Return Shipping, you can always mail your package back, on your own, to the address below. You must include proof of purchase, containing your Order # (e.g. SGH21455509, with your return in order for a refund to be processed.

RETURNING CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized products, including engraved Sunglasses, are ‘final sale’ only and cannot be returned.

REPLACEMENT COVERAGE (SUN PERKS MEMBERS ONLY)*

Occasionally sunglasses break. It’s sad but true. So if you’re a Sun Perks member and you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of the date of purchase, our Replacement Coverage discount is available. This replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at the time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses towards the purchase of a new replacement pair.

Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with proof of purchase to any Sunglass Hut retail store in the country of purchase within 12 months from the original date of purchase. Replacement pairs must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase pair. Replacement Coverage may not be combined with other discounts or promotions, does not apply to loss or theft, and may only be used once within the 12-month period following the original purchase date. Proof of purchase must be presented. Certain exclusions may apply see associate for additional details.

*Sunglass Hut at Hudson’s Bay, and Select Sunglass Hut airport locations are unable to honor Replacement coverage.
