If you wish to return goods to Sunglassesuk.com we must be notified by e-mail at admin@sunglassesuk.com within 7 days of receipt if the product is not suitable or damaged.
CAN I RETURN PRESCRIPTION ORDERS?
Prescription orders are customised for you. You cannot return the product for an exchange or refund.
WHAT PROCESS DO I NEED TO FOLLOW TO RETURN GOODS?
Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resaleable condition in its original packaging (box or case, cloth bag, warranty card etc). Please also include either the original invoice/delivery note supplied and details of your, order/invoice number and your requirements for exchange or refund.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN A PACKAGE?
No, the postage will be paid by SunglassesUK via a pre-paid label. Simply drop the package at your local post office clearly labelled with the SUK sticker.
CAN I RETURN GUNNAR EYEWEAR?
Yes, so long as it has not been removed from the packaging. Gunnar eyewear cannot be returned or exchanged once removed from original packaging as all returns must be able to be resold as “brand new” again.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a returned item is received a refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the item being received.
