Christmas Gift Extended Returns Policy

All gifts bought from the 15th of November untill the 24th of December have a specially extended returns policy, if bought as a Christmas gift.

We will except returns of any item purchased in this time up to the Friday 17th of January 2014.

This gives you time after Christmas to send back the item for exchange or refund.

Just mark on the invoice with the goods “Christmas Gift Return”

 

Exchange/Cancellation
Please see below for full details of our returns policy – and remember do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Any item(s) can be returned for an exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:

The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.

Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are to unable exchange underwear and hosiery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.

Returned goods should be sent by Recorded Delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable.

You will have to pay for postage to return the item to us but we will not charge any extra to return the exchanged item to you.

Refund Policy
Any item(s) can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms: You must return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.

Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable to refund Underwear and hosiery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.

Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable.

Please do not return any goods for a Refund or Exchange unless you qualify under all the above terms and conditions, as we will be unable to process the refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited with the refund from the day of cancellation/refund.
