We know you are going to love your Switch Belt, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we do offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.
You may return your unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return items. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.

Please be sure to note the item you are returning and the reason for your return. Please include the bottom portion of the form in your box. The top portion is for your records. Once you have completed the form, please box it up and send it by ground freight. (We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite return claims). Return Shipping is not Pre-Paid.
