To return a gift, please use our Customer Return/Exchange Form (enclosed in your package) or download a copy here. Make sure to check the box at the top of the
form that says �Please check here if you�ve received this item as a gift�.

Please fill in all information requested on the back of the form. This will help us efficiently process your return.

For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you�d like shipped to you. Please update the form to include your shipping address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 3 weeks and shipped free of charge.

Be sure to include this form in the package you send back to us. Please mail your return package to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tea is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a store credit in the amount the Gift giver paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Tea to process your Gift Return upon receipt.
