Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Please either call us at 303-433-2980*304 and/or email us at orders@teatulia.com. If you are not satisfied, neither are we. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days as credit to your billing account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for replacement product to arrive.
Domestic Shipping to lower 48
Free ground shipping on orders of $50 or more is based on merchandise totals after transaction discounts and special promotions! There is a flat charge of $6.00 for orders under $50.* Your order will be shipped within 72 hours (excludes weekends and holidays) via UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Please note UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
UPS delivery services are Monday through Friday.
*Applies to orders in the Continental 48 United States. International Orders, P.O. Boxes, and previous orders excluded.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
We do ship via UPS to those lucky enough to live in Hawaii or Alaska! Cost is calculated during checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipments
We are proud to announce we can ship to virtually any address in the world! Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations. Cost is calculated during checkout for UPS services.
