Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We aware many orders this time of year are for Christmas presents. So any item/items purchased after Wednesday 1st October 2014 can be returned until Friday 30th January 2015. Please note that returned item/items must be unworn, still have all packaging, tags attached and returned as new.
Under the United Kingdom’s Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tic Watches, for a full refund within 30 days.
To cancel your Order please customerservice@ticwatches.co.uk with your order reference number in the title. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. We recommend you send any item back to us recorded so you have proof of delivery as you are responsible for the goods until returned to ourself. All items must be returned unworn, with all packaging and tags still attached.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customerservice@ticwatches.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
