Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all shipping charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit (All) wheels prior to mounting on vehicle and or tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $80 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. (Any Order Processed As A Special Order or Containing Notes of Such Conditions Will Be Subject To Be Charged A $100 Cancelation Fee) There is no negotiating these terms.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged shipping both ways on refused shipments. If a cancelation is requested mid shipment, a $25.00 dollar intercept fee will be applied, as this charge is charged to TireCrazy.com.

In addition, if tires are returned due to incorrect ordering and or, a return request, a $35.00 dollar call tag fee will be applied to the shipping.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.

NO tires will be refunded if the manufacturer labels have been removed, and or, the tires have been mounted on wheels!
TireCrazy.com does not accept any returns after 30 Days of Purchase.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact The TireCrazy.com Customer Service Department at 1-877-382-2007. In most cases, we do require 3 photos of the damaged product, to take the correct course of action. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to TireCrazy.Com

Manufacturer’s Warranties

TireCrazy.com is dedicated to resolving all issues with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you feel that your product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty TireCrazy.com will open a warranty claim on the potentially defective product. Please note that TireCrazy.com is attempting to resolve this claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. Our warranty claims team works hard to ensure that all our customers get the most out of their tires. It is crucial that you provide us with as much information as possible in order to resolve the claim in your favor.

Please follow the steps below in order to process your claim.

  1. Save PDF document to your computer
  2. Electronically complete warranty claim form
  3. Provide a detailed description of defect
  4. Attach the following items in an e-mail to Warrantyclaims@TireCrazy.com
    1. Warranty Claims PDF Document
    2. Multiples images of the defect
    3. Multiple images of the entire product
    4. Tire Rotation Record (For Mileage Warranty)
  5. Please include e-mail and best contact phone number

Return Check List


  • Call Customer Service at 1-877-382-2007 for a Return Authorization Number.
  • Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
  • Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and TireCrazy.com’s address.
  • Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.

Canadian Customers

TireCrazy.com does require a signature upon delivery, there is no exceptions.

A TireCrazy.com refund is in United States dollars and cents. TireCrazy.com assumes no responsibility in the volatile fluctuation amongst currencies and is not responsible upon refund for any such discrepancies due to currency differentiations.

If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Please call for a Return Authorization Number and more information on return shipments.

However, if an order is ordered incorrectly and or refused for reasons other than items damaged, missing, or shipped incorrectly, the following will be applied; a $35.00 call tag fee, plus the duties and taxes to return the product. These fees will be deducted from the subtotal of products purchased.

All Canadian refunds can take up to 30 days upon requesting an authorization for return. The refund will be applied to the original purchaser’s credit card.
