          • We stand behind this policy by extending a full refund if we ship you the wrong style, color, or size or if your item has a manufacturer defect.

          • We will issue a full refund if, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date and will inform you of this extremely rare occurrence as soon as possible.

Amazon.com Return Policy

Amazon.com and most sellers on Amazon.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Most items sold on Amazon.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

To initiate a return, please visit  Amazon’s Online Return Center to request a return authorization from the seller.

TJ Formal Return Policy

When you order from TJ Formal, your return will be sent back to the TJ Formal instead of Amazon.com. While we offer a returns policy similar to Amazon.com’s, some aspects of the process differ. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by TJ Formal are borne by the buyer. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to TJ Formal with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee.

We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be sure it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, free of damage or defect, and will reach you before your wear date. If you feel that your item is defective or measuring incorrectly please notify us within 3 business days. Email us and we’ll discuss the problem with you to find the best solution for you in the time frame you have available!

Requirements:

          • You must contact us to request a return or exchange within 3 days of the delivery date of your order.

          • The return or exchange request must be shipped back to us before the wear date given on your order.

          • Your item must be in new condition, as received, with the original tags in place.

          • Your order was for a full priced eligible item, not on sale.

          • The item must be shipped back within 3 business days from the date the Return Authorization Number (RA #) is given, and before the wear date on your order.

          • If exchanging, you must select an in stock item within 10 days.

 

The Details:

          • Previously used coupons or promotions will not apply to exchanged orders.

• Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. If you received free shipping and choose to return your item, we will deduct the cost of the freight from your refund amount.

• International customers are responsible for all shipping charges including duties, taxes, and other fees both ways.

• Remainder of balance on exchanges will turn into store credit. Store credits are valid for one year, can not be used on shipping charges, but are transferable.

• Anything sent back more than 3 business days after a RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted.

• Any items shipped/postmarked after wear date on your order will be not be accepted.

• Once we receive your package it can take 3-5 business days to process your return or exchange.

• If you have a time sensitive situation due to an upcoming event, please let us know so that we can accommodate you.

How To:

  1. Contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please include the name on the order and order number, indicate that you want to exchange or return your purchase, and note the designer name, new style, color, size requested and your wear date.

  2. Carefully repackage and ship your return (in its original condition) to us within 3 days of receiving your RA #. Please have your RA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. Include a copy of your order/receipt for faster processing.

  3. You are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier.

  4. Once we receive your package we will process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days. If you have a time sensitive situation due to an upcoming event, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

  5. We will contact you regarding your return or exchange with further details.
