Free UK Delivery

All orders from are delivered to the UK free of charge and will be delivered the next working day (subject to stock) if the order is placed before 3PM.

For a limited time only Free London Same Day, Zones 1 & 2 Delivery if the order is placed by 3PM

Delivery Outside the UK

Orders from can be delivered Worldwide. Deliveries to Ireland and the rest of Europe are priced £9.95 and will take 3-5 working days to arrive. Deliveries to the rest of the world are £19.95 and will take up to 10 days to arrive.

Tomassa will keep you up to date every step of the way during the delivery process. All items dispatched by Tomassa will need to be signed for and can be tracked through the carrier’s website using the tracking number sent at dispatch.

All items are fully insured to the correct value.


Tomassa Returns Policy

As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your Tomassa purchase you can return the jewellery to us within 14 days for your choice of exchange, full refund or a credit note. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, Tomassa earrings are non-returnable*.

Any jewellery returned to Tomassa must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with the tamper-evident label still attached. Jewellery must be returned with all tomassa packaging supplied with the purchase.

To return an item, log-in to your account at and select Order History, then ‘Return an Item’ using the tab at the top of the page and follow the simple steps from there. Please remember to enclose your invoice with your return, stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Tomassa cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
