DOMESTIC DELIVERY
All orders will ship within two business days, except during holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after your receive your shipment notification email for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. Order Total includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Tommy John is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Tommy John purchase. If there is an issue with your purchase, we will make it right. Please note we are only able to make returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from the Tommy John website.
RETURN POLICIES
STANDARD RETURN POLICY (DOES NOT APPLY TO UNDERWEAR BOTTOMS & SOCKS)
- Returns must be made within 30 DAYS of the delivery of your merchandise
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
- As part of our standard policy, we are unable to accept returns on underwear that is worn or out of the package. Of course you can’t know how comfortable it is until you’ve tried them on. That’s why we’ve created the Try It On Guarantee – if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we will offer a full refund on your first undershirt and pair of underwear.
- Refunds are limited to one underwear bottom and one undershirt for first time customers only. This offer applies to non-clearance items only. Please note that refunds are applied with the net purchase price and that the customer is responsible for return shipping.
RETURN POLICY FOR UNDERWEAR BOTTOMS
- Underwear bottoms are non-refundable due to hygienic and sanitary reasons.
RETURN POLICY FOR SOCKS
- Only socks that have been unopened and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanged items must be in original, unworn condition, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
- Underwear bottoms cannot be exchanged.
ERRORS OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In the event that you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise, please email cs@tommyjohnwear.com within 10 business days of the receipt of your order. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for us to replace your merchandise.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without contacting us first.
To return or exchange items purchased online at Tommy John, please follow these instructions:
- Send us an email to cs@tommyjohnwear.com. Please indicate your name, order date, order number and reason for return/exchange. To exchange, clearly indicate the style, size, and color you’d like of the in stock item. We will notify you if there will be any additional charges.
- If your return is within our 30 day return policy (no returns on underwear bottoms for sanitary purposes), we will email you a return authorization form. If you have an exchange only, we will email you a return authorization form and return address information for your shipment.
- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. Make sure to include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with hang tags attached and in original packaging to ensure credit.
- Include your return authorization form with the items. If the RA form is not included there may be processing delays.
- All return shipping charges are paid by shipper. Tommy John does not accept COD, bill to receiver, or 3rd party billed deliveries. It’s recommended that you use a trackable and insurable shipping method. If your shipment is uninsured and gets lost or damaged; we have no way of issuing you a credit or exchange.
LATE EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not accept returns past 30 days, nor do we accept returns of sale merchandise. We reserve the right to accept or refuse them.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS/EXCHANGES and WORN GARMENTS
Items received at our warehouse without an approved return authorization form may require additional processing time. If garments received are worn, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garments be returned to you. Should you have any questions please email cs@tommyjohnwear.com.
