Tory Burch Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days. Private Sale, sample sale, select outlet items and monogrammed products are final sale.
REFUND POLICY
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. PayPal exchanges must be even — any balance will need to be charged to a credit card. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
Return an Item Purchased with a Gift Card
For returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund is issued as an eGift and emailed as soon as the return is processed. We no longer issue a Physical Gift Card for refunds unless it is a for a gift recipient and the email is unknown.
Items Eligible for Return
Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:
- Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
- Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Outlet-store items may be returned within 14 days of delivery to outlet stores only — they are not returnable in full-price retail stores
- Private Sale, sample sale, select outlet items and monogrammed products are final sale
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
- In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at toryburch.com
- Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise can be returned only to that store
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
