Where Is My Order?

If you have recently placed an order with us and you have not received it yet, we are sure that you have nothing to worry about.

Please check that the order has been dispatched by checking the Order Tracker option (when logged in to the website)

If the order has been dispatched then please ensure that you are aware of the time it takes to deliver an order.

Details of this can be found below:

 

UK Standard Delivery Generally 5 Working Days (allow up to 10 at busy periods)
UK Express Delivery 2 Working Days
European Delivery 10 Working Days (Dependant on local postal services)
Rest Of World 14 Working Days (Dependant on local postal services)

 

Lost In Transit

If you have now waited for 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (Europe & Rest Of World) after your parcel was sent from us, Royal Mail would consider it lost in transit.

Before contacting us regarding it being lost in transit, please check with your local sorting office as it is possible that it is waiting there to be collected – even if you did not receive a “while you were out” card.

If you have now checked with your local sorting office and there is still no sign of your parcel please fill out a “Lost in transit declaration” form to declare that you have not received the goods from us. We will then launch an investigation with Royal Mail and try to resolve this issue for you.

You are able to request a declaration form by filling out the following online form that goes straight to our returns department.

If your order was an express delivery and is now outside of our stated timescale then please contact us immediately by calling 0344 499 5007.

Damaged or Faulty Items On Delivery

If you have received a parcel from us and you believe that one or more of the items are damaged or has a fault (or if there are items missing from your parcel) you must report the damaged/missing goods to us within 72 hours of receipt of the parcel. You are able to do this by completing the form below in full:

Once you have notified us by submitting the above form please fill out the form located on the reverse of your invoice and return it to us along with the item(s) in question. Please send this to the following address:

Once we receive the item back, we may perform tests on the product to verify that it is faulty or damaged and then we will contact you to advise the outcome of these investigations.

Please be aware that the goods have to be returned to us within 28 days of purchase and have to be in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and labels.

If the item you return is found to be faulty we will reimburse any charge incurred by sending the goods back to us.

 

Incorrect Item Received In Parcel

If you have received an incorrect item in your parcel please return it to us (to the above delivery address) within 28 days of purchase in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and any labels or tags.

How To Return An Item

We would hope that you are delighted with any purchase that you make from us, however we appreciate that sometimes you will wish to return an item or entire order to us.

Please return the item/order to us in a new and unused condition within 28 days of purchase with the original packaging and labels/tags.

You just need to and fill out the form on the reverse of your invoice. Then put the item(s) in a parcel along with the form, sending it to the following address:

To speed up the returns process please enclose a cheque, postal order or your card details so we can take payment for the postage cost of sending out the replacement order. (For delivery rates please Click Here.)

For your own protection, when sending goods back for an exchange or refund please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and have adequately insured the goods using recorded delivery or special delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit on return to us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept personalised goods (such as printed replica kit), programmes, magazines, earrings and body bars for exchange or refund except in the case of faulty merchandise. In addition we will only accept Videos, DVDs & CDs back for return if they are unused and are still in their original packaging and the seal is unbroken.

 

Return In Store

If you live close to one of our stores our staff will be happy to return a product for you for either an exchange or a refund.

Please ensure that you provide proof of purchase (in the form of your invoice) and make sure that you are returning the goods within 28 days of purchase.

 

Return Via Mail Order Returns

If you have purchased a product from one of our stores and you would like to return it, you are able to do this by sending it back to our mail order returns department.

You just have to follow the normal instructions for a mail order return, making sure that you return the item(s) to us within 28 days of purchase with the receipt of purchase.

*PLEASE NOTE: Whilst you will not be charged for delivery for exchanged goods, it is your responsibility to return any goods for exchange at your own cost.

How Long Will It Take For My Return To Be Processed?

We aim to complete returns on the day that they are delivered to us, but at busy times of year this can sometimes delay the completion of returns.

 

Exchanges

Generally you will receive your replacement order 5-7 working days from the day that the goods are received back. (subject to availablity of stock)

 

Refunds

From the day that the refund is generated, it will take about 5 working days to hit your bank account. This is completely dependant upon your particular bank and can take less or more time depending on this factor.
