Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return or exchange item(s), please contact our customer care team.
It is essential that you include all relevant order information in your request: your name, order number, a list of the items you wish to exchange or return, etc.
For customs purposes, the value of the returned package must be declared at $100 regardless of the number of items in the package. UPS should not be used to return packages.
Items must be returned within seven (7) days of your receiving them. In rare instances, when an item or several items have defects or are as you specified in your order, we will exchange or refund them with no extra charges at our expense. Otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund after we receive the returned item(s). The client must pay shipping costs when an item is exchanged.
Please be advised that we will not accept damaged items or those which have been exposed to smoke and/or perfume. All items must have the original tags attached.
