We at UJ Toys are committed to providing our customers with a reliable, safe and functional product. Your complete satisfaction with our products and service are paramount. To that end, we will replace any product that has proven defective, repair any products that no longer function properly and refund any monies to our customer if a reasonable solution to discrepancies cannot be found. Our policies for exchanges and returns are below along with easy to follow instructions on how to contact our customer service professionals and begin the process toward your indemnification.

RETURNS

Products that are unopened within their original packaging will be accepted as a return with a full refund within 30 days.

“I purchased this as a gift, I hope they like it…but, what if they don’t?”

• If you purchase one of our toys as a gift, don’t worry, you have 30 days from receipt to return it and exchange for another product. You will be asked to pay for shipping, but we will accept these products without the penalties of restocking fees and provide you with a credit in our online store to be used toward the purchase of the “right” gift.
• If you purchase one of our toys as a gift and the recipient isn’t interested in something else we offer, simply ship it back to us unopened and unused and we will refund the entirety of your original purchase within 30 days. Shipping, however, will be on you for those. Please let us know you would like a refund when you contact us, or we will assume exchange.

Erroneous shipments will be replaced and all shipping expense will be paid by UJ Toys.

“I didn’t order this!”

• Our folks are human, just like you, and we all make mistakes. If you receive a product you didn’t order, simply give us a call or email, tape the box back up and return the toy to us. We will send you the right product immediately upon receipt of the wrong one, and pay for all shipping.

Any damage caused by shipping will be replaced immediately. Please follow instructions to ensure your purchase is replaced as quickly as possible.

• To expedite the claim process, please contact us immediately if damage to the product occurred during shipping. If the box itself is badly damaged, refuse the shipment, give us a call and we can send out a new one immediately.

To qualify for a return, the RC Vehicle or toy must be unused and inside its original packaging. Once it has been opened or used in any way, it will be covered under warranty terms, not return/exchange.

WARRANTY

Every UJ Toys product comes with a 90 day parts warranty. If, under normal conditions, the parts fail; we will replace them for free. We will even pay the shipping if it happens within the first 30 days of receipt!
If you notice defective parts or usage issues with any of the Yiboo products, we will replace or fix them absolutely free within the first 30 days of receipt. After that, you pay shipping and we will fix what fails for an additional 60 days! This only applies to Yiboo products.

DON’T FORGET TO SAVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS!! 

• Tracking numbers are the only way to ensure that products that are lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced.
• They are also very useful in helping determine when your products will arrive.

All RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.
2. Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
4. The return must be complete and include all accessories (adapter, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
5. All manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

MISSING / RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS IN ORDER:

Please contact the Customer Service Department immediately at Returns@UJtoys.com upon receiving the order.

FIX OPTION PRODUCTS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

* UJToys.com provides services for repairing helicopters to all customers. Charges will vary depending upon the toy brand, parts and labor requirements. All Customers are responsible for shipping to our facility but we will pay return shipping. Products with water damage will not be repaired or returned.

1. Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for service.
2. Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

5. All Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

*** Please inspect the product when you received the shipment, identified any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to fly / use it. Please also check over the product (especially the helicopters and air planes) and make sure they are all good every time before use (or taking to the air).

Please understand that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if mistake made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may cause damage(s) to the helicopter or plane. We have no control over your flying skill, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to fly in. if you have any problem with the aircraft or other product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time you receive the shipment (not after use please).

*Please note that once passed the 30 days satisfaction guarantee period, UJtoys.com has the right not to accept any returns/exchanges/report(s) of missing part(s) and the customer is responsible for the return shipping of all items regardless of reason.

UJTOYS.com only accepts manufactured defective items purchased on our website. Any other returns will not be accepted. Please refer to place of purchase.
