Online Returns:

All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund to your credit card within 30 days of the order being shipped from our fulfillment center. To ensure timely processing, please include return form with the item. A $7.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Merchandise received as a gift may be returned for a full refund in the form of an online coupon.

Final sale, altered items, innerwear, opened packaged items, and any item $7.00 or less are non-returnable at this time.

Price adjustments will not be honored for online shopping.

Items purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns.

 

In-Store Returns:

All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached.

You can return your online purchase to any UNIQLO store with your shipping receipt within 30 days of the order being shipped from our fulfillment center. At this time, we can only accept actual shipping receipt enclosed in the package. We cannot accept electronic version of the shipping receipt. You will be given the option to exchange the item or receive a refund.

Any returns made without a shipping receipt will require a photo ID and will be reimbursed with a store credit. The in-store price will be applied to all returns without a receipt.

Altered items, inner wear and opened packaged items may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

Items purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns.
