If for any reason you would like to return your product, follow the simple steps below and we will get you a quick refund.
We have made our returns policy flexible, to make returning products easy and hassle free. If you do want to return something, send it back to us within 21 days, and with a quick email or letter to let us know it’s coming.
When you send a product back to us, we can give you an exchange or a full refund. The product should be in its original packaging, unused and with its receipt.
It would be a great help if you could put your OrderID, along with the order coming back.
4 Easy Steps to return your order:
1. Get in touch with us through your ‘My account section’ or by calling and let us know that you would like to return your item.
2. We will then give you a confirmation number of your return and the postal address to send it to.
3. Pop your product(s) to us in the post including the return confirmation number.
(We advise for you to retain proof of postage)
4. As soon as we receive the products, we will send you confirmation that they have been received and details about your refund payment, it usually takes 7-10 days.
If for any reason your order arrives with a fault or it has been damaged during transit, send it back to us and we will send you a replacement.
