Our return policy is simple: if you don’t like what you ordered, you can return it for a refund or to change it for another product.

Our aim is customer’s satisfaction.

 

Terms for refunds/changes are:

Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Late returns are subject to approval.

 

Item must be in pristine state, no scratches on the lenses or on the frame, it must not show any sign of being worn more than the time necessary to try it.

We do not apply any restocking-fee on your returns, but all products are technically inspected before processing the credit or a change.
In case the returned product is damaged, scratched, not in the pristine state, or missing of part of its packaging, we reserve the right to not accept the return or to apply a repairing fee.

 

Country-specific terms:

EU orders:

14 cooling off period: if product is returned within 14 days, shipping charges included in your order are refunded too (Express delivery surcharge excluded).

30 cooling off period: if product is returned within 30 days, but after 14 days, shipping charges included in your order are not refunded.

Free Returns: orders from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom can be returned at our expense. When requesting your return online, you will have the option to book the pickup at your address with Federal Express and print your return label. Ask us if you need more information.

Non-EU orders:

Shipping charges for orders from outside the EU are not refunded

If you live in USA and you would like to cut down the high costs of international shipments, you can take advantage of our mailbox in Florida.

 

Please make sure the items are well-packed and protected against the shocks during the transit! If a damage occur to the product because it was not properly packed, your return could be not accepted.
Do not put the product inside a bag or a letter envelope! Use instead a cardboard shipping box.

 

 

Please fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization form – if your order is still within the 30 days from the delivery date, you will immediately receive the authorization and all the information you need to know for a quick and safe return.

 It is mandatory to get the Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping back the items. Thank you.
