If you change your mind, goods can be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery as part of our no quibble policy see our terms & conditions for more information.

Please carefully read ALL the information below before you return your order to us.

If you would like to return an order please attach a note in the parcel containing the following information,

  • Full name used to place the order.
  • The dispatch note number and/or order ID.
  • Telephone number (this will only be used if we need to clarify your request).
  • The full delivery address.
  • Briefly explaining why you are returning the goods e.g. late delivery, not suitable and etc.
  • What you would like us to do, would you like an exchange, refund, part refund and etc.

Please note that you do NOT need to return the whole order only the goods you wish to have exchanged and/or refunded.

We are committed to providing the best possible after sales service so we offer our UK based customers FREE returns of our products, we also do not charge for exchanges and to re-send goods out to you. If you would like to take advantage of our FREE returns service please click below to print out the returns label, cut and attach to the parcel and then take to the packet to your local Post Office,

Please obtain a certificate of ‘proof of posting’ receipt from the Post Office which will contain a tracking number. See below for an example,

Please note as per our terms and conditions we only offer free returns to UK based customers and will not be able to reimburse International customers for return postage costs.
