Please read the following conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

 

Exchange Policy

The order can be changed for Free within 36 hours after you placed the order.

All order information can be changed for Free except that cap construction change is subject to $30 handling fee within 1 week.

30% handling fee will be charged for any change after 1 week when the unit is under processing.

Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be changed.

We always want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you’ve got, we are here to exchange it/them for you. (Product must be eligible for exchange, see below).

* Only one time exchange is allowed.

* No Restocking Fees! Shipping charges will apply.

* The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order. UniWigs will ship your exchange item(s) by free ground shipping method if no extra shipping fee is paid on your side.

* Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order. Otherwise, you will have to pay the extra if the exchange is higher in price.

 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). As we only sell new, quality products at UniWigs instead of refurbished or used products, all eligible returned items will be deducted a 15% restocking fee in order at we can return it to the manufacturer.

Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

The order can be cancelled for Free within 36 hours after you placed the order.

15% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation within 1 week after the unit is in processing.

30% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation after 1 week when the unit is in processing.

Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges for customized hair products.

 

 

Note:

* Please be advised that you must contact us prior to sending your package back so that we can take care of your case accordingly.

* Please note that any unauthorized return without contacting us will be denied at our warehouse facility.

 

 

Products Eligibility

Eligible Products:

* In original condition with tags attached (items have NOT been cut, worn, altered or damaged) and in original packaging.

* Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)

* Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order. No returns/exchanges will be processed after 10 days of receipt.

 

Ineligible Products:

* Care products, accessories and tools, liquids

* special order items and clearance items

* Custom orders (products needs production time) and wholesale orders.

 

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return after confirmation, we will return the item(s) to you at your cost.

NOTE: A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for exchange/return.

 

How To Exchange or Return

 

1. Please send an email to support@uniwigs.com containing your order No., reasons for exchange/return and new item(s) to exchange!

2. Please repackage your item(s) and mail it to the address below within 10 days of receiving your order. A tracking number will be needed in order to process the exchange/return as soon as possible.
