Please submit a ticket through our support link for and return/exchange issues.

Even if you need replacement parts beyond the 30 day warranty, just send us an e-mail and we can probably help you out on your next order by sending you a new battery (etc) free of charge. We believe in keeping our customers happy, as we know that this will keep you guys coming back in addition to making us feel warm and fuzzy.

30 Day Warranty on Starter Kits (Batteries/Chargers)

All returns MUST be returned in all original packaging. At this time, we do exchanges only and refunds are solely at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Replacements will be sent to you with your next order following the warranty claim via Priority or Express Mail. You must put a note in the notes section during checkout. This will allow us to process your warranty item quickly and accurately.

Purchasers should be aware that our Atomizers and Rechargable Batteries, although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use. Many users of VaporNine also purchase ‘spare’ Atomizers and Batteries prior to completing their purchases at Checkout.

Our Rechargable batteries contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-proccessors and users should store and handle these items with special care. We advise users not to store with metallic or magnatised objects or electronic transmitting devices, like keys and mobile phones, therefore extending their lifespan of functional use.
