We guarantee the quality of any product we make! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Vargo product, we will work with you to make it right by refunding, crediting, or exchanging your order or repairing your product. Please send an email to info@vargooutdoors.com and briefly explain your situation and request for return (we prefer email for tracking purposes). We cannot accept items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer at no fault of Vargo. If not purchased from VargoOutdoors.com, we only offer exchanges or repairs for Vargo products purchased from authorized Vargo retailers.
