Any Verseo product purchased from Verseo.com can be returned for refund less shipping and handling (even if the product has been used) if returned within a year of shipment.

How to Return Your Product:

Making a return or exchange is easy using our four-step return process. The sooner the better and less potential for hassels of course! If you feel more comfortable processing your return with a person, simply call our Customer Service department Monday – Friday US Eastern Time 9:00am – 4pm at: 1-877-261-1570 (US Toll Free number). You may also email customer service for questions about returns at cs@verseo.com.

REQUESTING YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Making a return or exchange is easy using our 4 step return process listed below.

STEP 1: Please log into your account
STEP 2: Under ‘manage your account’ select ‘return requests’
STEP 3: Select your order number, then ‘return item’
STEP 4: Fill out the final steps answering the questions of why you are returning your item(s). You will be given a return number. When you return the item, it is helpful if you include that return number so we can easily look up the return.

We request you mail your return back via a registered post with tracking number. Once you have mailed your items, please forward your tracking number to returns cs@verseo.com along with the system generated return number for faster processing. We apologize but we cannot accept responsibility for items while in transit.

Please take care of returning the item in as much original packaging as possible (even if used) with proper packaging materials.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account. Please note card refunds may take up to 3 business days for your bank to complete depening on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. We do not refund the initial shipping costs or return shipping costs. We only refund the value of the goods return.
