VioSoftware ships packages Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 2:00pm (MST) will be sent the same day. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States, additional charges apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. VioSoftware does not ship internationally or to freight forwarders. VioSoftware does not ship to hotel rooms.

Free Best Method: No Charge
Depending on the size, weight, and value of your order, Viosoftware will choose the method of delivery between USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

UPS Ground: $3.00
This ensures your package will ship out via UPS Ground. UPS Ground typically takes between 1-5 Business days for delivery from the ship date.

Saver 2-3 Day: $9.00
This shipping method ensures your package will be shipped via either UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, or USPS Priority Mail (depending on size, weight, and value). Delivery will occur 2-3 days from the ship date.

UPS 2nd Day Air: $13.00
This ensures your package will ship out via UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivery will occur within 2 business days from the ship date.

UPS Next Day Air: $27.00
This ensures your package will ship out via UPS Next Day Air Saver. Delivery will occur the next business day from the ship date.

UPS Next Day Air AM: $40.00
This ensures your package will ship out via UPS Next Day Air. Delivery will occur the next business day from the ship date, typically by noon.

Express Saturday: $60.00
This ensures your package will ship out via UPS Saturday Delivery. Delivery will be made on Saturday. This method can only be selected on Friday.


Software Return Process

Please Note:  Any package we receive without our Return Form will be sent back to the return address.

Software Return Policy:

VioSoftware will accept returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes. You will be charged for a 3.8% processing fee and a shipping and handling fee. For Licensing returns, you will be charged a 15% processing fee. Items sold as a download are not returnable.

VioSoftware will not accept returns of software which has been opened unless the software is defective. Defective software will be replaced with the exact same software product. We also will not take the return of OEM software missing Key Codes located on the outside of the shrink wrap. Key Codes are checked on every item before shipment.

VioSoftware will not take returns on software licensing or MSDN Universal/Professional/Enterprise. Once software licensing or MSDN Subscriptions are committed to an individual or a company, we are unable to reverse the transaction. MSDN is a timed subscription and not returnable for any reason.


Terms of Sale

By placing an order at, or accepting a delivery from Vio Software (“VioSoftware.com” or “Vio Software, Inc.”), you understand and agree with the policies stated in this policy section of the VioSoftware.com website and on this page that details our Terms of Sale. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and are therefore null and void. VioSoftware.com may make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


Privacy Policy Statement

VioSoftware.com is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. For your protection, we do not sell your information to other marketers!

To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly.


Billing / Credit Card Charges

VioSoftware will bill credit cards upon shipment of your product. Please note that our transactions may appear on your credit card or bank statement as “SoftwareSales”.


Pricing & Product Availability

We attempt to ship all of our products the same day with the advertised price. Because of market fluctuations and the time it takes to update the website, products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error, VioSoftware reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. If you have received the product, VioSoftware will accept the return of UNOPENED software for a full refund.

VioSoftware reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.

These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
