FREE RETURNS + EXCHANGES (U.S. ONLY)

• A free return shipping label is included for all orders shipped within the United States, and located on the outside of the original package.
• Complete the return form and securely repackage your merchandise.
• If you would like an exchange shipped to a different address, please include the new address with the exchange paperwork.
• Please keep the top portion of return label for your records and include the bottom portion in the return package.
• Returns + exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
• You will receive a Refund Confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to post to your account.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

White + Warren will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund under the Policy terms described below:

• FULL PRICE merchandise must be shipped back to White + Warren within 30 days of original delivery date.
• SALE PRICE merchandise must be shipped back to White + Warren within 14 days of original delivery date.
• FINAL SALE merchandise, including Online Sample Sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged and will be promptly shipped back to the customer upon receipt by White + Warren.
• Any damaged or defective merchandise should be promptly shipped back to White + Warren for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of original delivery date, no exceptions. If White + Warren receives defective merchandise after 30 days of the original delivery date, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT 

White + Warren will gladly accept the return of gifted merchandise purchased from whiteandwarren.com that is unworn or unwashed for a website credit sent via email.

• Note on the return paperwork that you are returning a gift.
• Include a valid email address and contact phone number with your return.
• For the holiday season, White + Warren will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective gifts purchased between November 20th and December 26th until January 20th. Gift returns will be accepted for a merchandise exchange for the original price paid or a website credit issued via email. This excludes Final Sale items.
