You may cancel your order any time within (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. If the item(s) are not faulty and you are returning as unwanted, the return will be at you own cost and risk.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

Any tent or camping equipment reported as faulty must be returned to our Central warehouse facility where it will be fully tested and inspected at our Testing Centre.

If the item is found to be faulty, then the faulty item will be exchanged for a replacement item.If a replacement item is not available, then the faulty item will be replaced for a similar item of equivalent value.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For example, boots must be returned clean and without mud if refund/exchange is required. This is due to the COSHH Legislation

COSHH

A piece of UK legislation issued from COSHH or Control of Substances Hazardous to Health, means the person who owned the boots could easily have come into contact with any number of nasty diseases and the employer is legally bound to provide a safe workplace… Weils disease is one of a number of diseases boots could come into contact with, E-Coli,Toxo Plasmosis,Toxicara Canis etc.

Due to the reasons above we may return dirty/muddy boots back to the customer for cleaning before refund/exchange can be issued.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Faults to Tent / Accessories

For all faults with tents and accessories we have to produce a claim with the relevant supplier. To enable us to produce a claim with the supplier we require an email with all of the following information:

  1. Order number / receipt
  2. Date and place of purchase
  3. Clear photos of the fault
  4. Information on how the fault occurred

The details will be reviewed by the relevant supplier and they will make a decision on how to resolve the problem, which could include:

  • Issue a replacement
  • Exchange the item
  • Repair the item

We will contact you with the feedback from the supplier.

Please note: The turnaround for a response from most suppliers is at least 48 hours.
