If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a no questions asked, 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.  If, for any reason you want to exchange an item, we ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items and we will issue you a refund.
How to return an item:
Send an email to returns@zeebeethreads.com and include the following information:
        – your name, email address and order number
        – what item(s) you wish to return
Within 24 hours we will send you an email with your RA # and return UPS shipping label*.  Please print the UPS shipping label and place it on the box. Drop the box off at any UPS location.
*$5.95 will be deducted from your refund if your use our UPS shipping label. Or, you may ship the return at your expense to us at the address that will be provided with your Return Authorization (RA).
Please Note: Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA). We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address. Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned. Items that are “Like New” will be refunded. Inspection of the returned items can take 5 – 10 business days. Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued. Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
