How do I Exchange my Zeko shoes for a different size or color?
Zeko Shoes will be happy to exchange your shoes for a different color or size within 15 days of your purchase with the following conditions:
– Shoes must have receipt in box on return
– Shoes must be returned within 15 days of purchase
If the above conditions are met, please send an email seeking authorization to exchange your Zeko shoes to; customerservice@zekoshoes.com. Once authorization has been granted, please send your shoes back to:

Enclose a check for $6.95 for shipment of your new shoes.
Include a note stating what color and size you would like to exchange.
Please send us your address of where you would like your new shoes shipped.
Please allow 7-10 business day for shipment of new shoes.

How do I return my Zeko shoes for a refund?
Zeko Shoes will be happy to refund your shoes within 15 days of your purchase with the following conditions:
– Shoes must have receipt in box on return
– Shoes must be returned within 15 days of purchase
– Money will be refunded minus the original shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee
If the above conditions are met, please send an email seeking authorization to return your Zeko shoes to; customerservice@zekoshoes.com. Once authorization has been granted, please send your shoes back to:

*Please note Zeko shoes is not responsible for shoes lost in transit. Original and reshipping charges are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or by check within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
