Boston Proper Return Policy
Orders will be shipped FedEx or USPS only. If your shipping address only uses a particular carrier please note this information in the “special instructions” box located in step 2 of the checkout process.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To ship your order to multiple addresses, simply select the “ship to multiple addresses” button during step 1 of the checkout process. There is a $4 charge for each additional address.
We are able to ship orders internationally but we unfortunately cannot accept orders for international shipping through our website. Orders to be shipped outside the United States or outside U.S. territories must be placed by phone, fax or mail only. If you wish to place an order that requires international shipping, please place your order using one of the following contacts:

When placing your order, please provide an email address if available in order to best facilitate timely communication.
Upon receipt of your order, a customer service representative will calculate all applicable shipping and handling charges, and will contact you (preferably via email) with notice of total charges for your approval. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes. The order will not be placed until you have received and approved notice of all applicable charges. If we have not heard back from you within 48 hours of our notice of charges, we will cancel your order and no charges will apply.
Upon receipt of your approval, in-stock merchandise will generally be shipped within 24 hours. Backordered items are subject to additional shipping charges, and once available to be shipped, a customer service representative will again contact you with notice of the additional charges for your approval.
Please note: All international shipments are sent via FedEx unless otherwise specified. We cannot ship to international addresses that are not insurable by FedEx. International shipments are subject to all applicable customs restrictions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you don’t, if it ever falls one iota short of fabulous, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund. No questions, no hassles. That’s our promise. That’s the PROPER way to do business. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.
While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at Boston Proper you can exchange our merchandise for the same item in a different color or size free of additional shipping charges. We will charge your credit card at the time we ship your new merchandise and will credit the card upon receipt of the exchange. If you paid by check, money order or gift certificate, simply return the merchandise and we will begin processing your exchange as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
For effortless returns, simply use the prepaid return label included with your order. We will deduct $6.95 return postage from your credit or refund. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have lost your return label, you may print one here.
If you do not use the return label, please send your return to the address below. Be sure to include the packing list with your name and address. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note indicating: your name, address, the items you are returning and any other pertinent information.
