For Items Purchased On-line
- You may return purchases made from our websites within 30 days of receipt of your order for any reason.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Many of our vendor-fulfilled items (special orders) may need to be returned to the specified vendor. This will be indicated in your order confirmation email.
- We will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 14 business days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise noted on your packing slip. Note that if you are returning a gift that was bought by another customer, the original purchaser will receive a credit for the return on their credit card after the item is returned to our fulfillment center. You may alternatively return the gifted item to one of our local stores and either exchange the item or receive a gift card for the current price of the item. You will need to bring your packing slip and identification to the store within 30 days of receipt to return the item.
- Merchandise returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Merchandise is not returnable if it has been assembled or used.
- Due to health and sanitary reasons, swimsuits, breast pumps, and breast pump accessories are not returnable under any conditions.
- Some merchandise returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. This is stated on the individual product pages and will also be mentioned on the packing slip.
- If you desire a product exchange, we suggest that you return the item as indicated above, then re-purchase this item in the correct size or color. This will be the quickest way to process your order and for you to receive the product you desire. We will credit your account when we receive the returned item and you will only be charged for the newly purchased item.
Return Policy – For Items Purchased In Our Local Stores
- An original receipt dated within 30 days of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges in our stores
- Merchandise must be new and in unused condition
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Returns from a check purchase will be sent a mail check within seven (7) days. Debit cards using a PIN will receive cash
- Merchandise returned from a completed layaway and receipted returns accepted after 30 days will receive a gift card
- Non-receipted returns, accompanied by a photo ID (driver’s license, state issued non-driver ID, passport, or military ID) and returns after 60 days will receive a gift card for the lowest selling price
- All returns are subject to system verification and/or approval
- Items bought in our local stores cannot be returned to our Webstore fulfillment center.
Returning an Item Purchased On-line via Mail
- You do not need to contact us for a return ID prior to sending us a return.
- All returns should include a copy of the packing slip that was enclosed with the original shipment with the requested information completed. This will expedite your return. If you are returning a gift, you will need to make sure that you include the order number and the purchaser’s name in with your return, as well as a copy of the packing slip.
- We strongly recommend using UPS, Fed Ex or other traceable shipping methods. When returning items by mail, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in return shipping.
Returning an Item Purchased On-line to Our Stores
- If you would like to return a purchase made on our websites to a store, you may do so.
- Returns to stores for items purchased on-line must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- You will need to present your packing slip at the time of the return along with the unassembled and unused item(s) in its original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Many of our vendor-fulfilled items (special orders) cannot be accepted at our store locations.
- Customers returning an item to a store can make an exchange for any merchandise in the store or can be issued a gift card in the amount of the return. Credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item if you do not have documentation. Cash or Credit Card refunds are not available in stores.
- You will also need to present a photo-ID (passport, state issued drivers licenses or IDs, military ID) at the time of the return.
