PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days after final receipt for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 15 will only be accepted at our discretion and will only qualify for a store credit. Exchanges may take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.

  • We reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.
  • No Return/Exchange allowed on Final Sale items.

Any items that are found to be defective or damaged can be exchanged within 90 days of final receipt.

We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Gift shopping or would like to exchange your gift? We have made it super easy. For all domestic full price orders (USA only) placed from 11/24/2015 thru 1/1/2016 will be accepted for full refund or exchange through 1/31/2016. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the garment is unwashed, unworn and unused.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Please create and print you return label here, then attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS Return Label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your closest UPS location or call UPS for a pickup at 800-463-3339. No additional postage required. This service is only available in the United States. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method, at your own expense. We do not accept COD.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    Please email csny@dl1961.com if you would like to cancel or make a change to your order. Once the order shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Why didn’t I receive all of the items placed in my order?
    There is a possibility that items you ordered may arrive separately, in that case you will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
