You have 72 hours from the time of the original order to cancel (with a full refund) or make changes to your order. We will try to make changes after 72hrs, however, we cannot guarantee the changes will be implemented. If after 72 hours or if you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase once it’s received and up to (1) year, you may contact us to return it via email or by phone and by doing so, you agree to a 25% restocking fee & full amount of *return freight. *Return freight would be the actual shipping charges as quoted by PackshipUSA.com, any shipping specials provided at checkout will not apply.*
