Double R Supply Returns Policy
Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly. You can feel confident shopping with us—after all—we have been in business a long time. Policy is a common sense approach to doing business. We will take any item back within 10 days of purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer’s return policy ( which we are obligated to honor ) and the following conditions are met.
THE ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION & MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
We are unable to accept back any item that has been abused or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept back any item that is not in the original packaging and includes all original warranties, instructions, etc. These are constraints set forth by the manufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies in returns. Items returned in poor condition or having damaged or missing parts will not be credited.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER
Unless Double R Supply is specifically at fault, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. FOR RETURNS a 20% restocking fee, plus the initial cost of shipping the item(s) to the customer, will be charged on items returned without exchange. FOR EXCHANGES: The customer will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs on the original item(s).
THE ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED FULLY INSURED
THE CUSTOMER MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( RAN ) FROM DOUBLE R SUPPLY PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM(S)
WARRANTY ITEMS
Due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to improper handling by postal employees, incorrect incubation techniques and operator error, there is no guarantee on fertile hatching eggs. Fertile eggs are sent from NPIP certified flocks.
