Returns
Defective or Damaged Items
- Claims for defective or damaged items must be made with fourteen (14) days of receiving the item.
- Use our Contact Form to contact us for a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund you within 24-48 hours.
- Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. Sorry!
General Returns
- Claims for general returns must be made with thirty (30) days of receiving the item.
- A return shipping label will not be provided for general returns.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund you within 24-48 hours. Original shipping will be deducted.
- Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. Sorry!
