    Here are the rules to follow for your return:


    • You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days (45days for international customers).
    • Each return MUST have a RMA number, the “Return Merchandise Authorization” number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise.
    • One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns.
    • When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
    • Customer must inform of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty and the RMA Policy.
    • All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
    • The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; Hence will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.

    Return Policy for Refunds

    You may return most items sold by within 30 days from the invoice date (45days for international customers) for a full refund (Except there is a 20% restocking fee on all return OEM items). Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don’t have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

    We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Any DV tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
    • Any DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of the media.
    • Any DVD or CD samplers.
    • Any photo papers that has been printed or used.

    Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:

    At, we take six months warranty for product replacement or exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. Canceled order or address errors:

This may result in a 15% restocking fee charge when we process the returned packages.

Return Procedure:

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted to will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number.
