Return Policy for Air/Q Whole Room Air Freshener

  • Unconditional 15 day money-back guarantee on the Air/Q Whole Room Freshener (Applies to first order only).
  • If not completely satisfied, return for full refund (less S&H) with approved Return Authorization
    • Please contact us via  or by calling (866) 387-4333 for return instructions and authorization
    • Once a return is approved, a Return Authorization number will be provided that must be included with the return
  • In the unlikely instance that your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 15 days and we will arrange for an exchange.
  • All authorized returns must include a copy of the original invoice
  • Fragrance cartridges are not eligible for return
  • Installed fragrance cartridges must be removed from the appliance before shipping, or warranty will be voided.

What Your Warranty Covers
The Air/Q Whole Room Air Freshener warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts
For the first year from the date of the original purchase, the warranty is as follows: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Prolitec, Inc. within the first year of the warranty period, a shipping and handling charge will apply to any repair or exchange of the product undertaken by Prolitec.
After the first year from the date of the original purchase, ship the unit back at your expense and Prolitec will repair or replace the unit for a $50 service charge, plus a shipping and handling charge.

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or use other than as intended and described in the product instruction manual, or loss or damage to batteries or removable parts.

What Prolitec, Inc. Will Do
Prolitec, Inc. warrants the Air/Q Whole Room Air Freshener against defects in materials and workmanship. When repair is not practical, Prolitec, Inc. will have the option to replace the defective product with a fully warranted, factory-reconditioned product that is the same or has similar functionality.
