ALDO Return Policy
It’s easy. All unworn purchases may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To return items purchased, enter your order number & postal code below. Then select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason from the list, and click submit. UPS will then send you an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and arrange for pick-up or drop-off.
PLEASE NOTE: it may take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your refund once you have shipped back the returned items. We appreciate your patience.
