Amanda Wakeley Return Policy
The Amanda Wakeley returns policy for full price items is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. Sale items have a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt. We offer a free return and exchange policy within the UK. We regret that International returns are not free, and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you choose to arrange your own return from outside the EU, please ensure you state the following on the OUTSIDE of the package:
“This item is a RETURN, which traveled on ORIGINAL AIRWAY BILL ——– ”
Your airway bill number is a 10-digit number found on your original address label underneath the barcode.
Failure to include this information will result in AW Retail being charged VAT & Duty for your return. This amount will be deducted from your refund, should the charge be incurred.
