United Kingdom Returns
*Extended Christmas Returns*
We are extending our returns policy for Christmas. Items purchased on Monday 28th October 2019 up to and including Saturday 14th December 2019 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Monday 13th January 2020. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before the 13th January 2020 to be eligible for a refund.
Items purchased after Saturday 14th December will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 30 days later.
Free Returns
We offer free returns on thousands of our products. You can find out which items are eligible on the delivery & returns tab on each product page, or on the delivery slip included with the item(s), eligible items are marked with a (Y).
Returning an item(s) is quick and easy. You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
If your order has arrived damaged please email customer services with clear photos of the damage and they will be able to help you further.

Easy Returns

2. Find the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions online
3. Download the returns note and put it inside your parcel
You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. The item(s) needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
